The Intern will support to the Solution Engineering team to design the best solutions to ensure Customer Success by:
- Craft technical solutions to support the need of our customers and prepare proposals
- Building reports and dashboards
- Support to building presentations in different formats (slides, videos, etc)
- Follow-up with the Sales Solution Engineer team on delivery and related activities
- Craft technical solutions to support the need of our customers engaging other internal stakeholders involved in the sales process (e.g. professional services, alliances, etc)
- Prepare technical proposals
- Support Solution Engineering operations and special projects
What we are looking for:
- Currently pursuing a university degree in a Spanish University (Bachelor's or Master's), with graduation scheduled for 2025.
- Preferably a background in computer science or engineering
- Madrid: Fluency in oral and written communications in Spanish & English
- Barcelona: Fluency in oral and written communications in Catalan & Spanish & English
- Eligibility to sign a University Agreement with your current university for the full duration of the internship
- Strong passion for technology
- Currently a student eager to assist and support the team in various projects and responsibilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and engage in self-study
- Excellent presentation skills
Preferred Requirements
- Knowledge of Java, JS, Databases or Cloud technologies is an advantage
- Previous work experience - a summer job, internship; if it's an experience in a related field or business, even better
- Experience delivering presentations/Demo

Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day (flexible either in the morning or afternoon)
Location: Madrid or Barcelona
