担当業務

営業担当者と緊密に連携しながら、企業に対して戦略的な営業活動を行う 顧客のビジネス• IT課題を理解し、Slackを活用したソリューションを作成• 提案することで、Slackの提供価値への理解を促進する 顧客のビジネス課題解決とビジョン実現に焦点を当てたプレゼンテーションおよび製品デモンストレーションを作成し、CxOレベルに対して効果的にそれを実施する Slackの競合優位性を明確に示し、顧客にとって分かりやすい差別化ポイントを提示する Slackのセキュリティ対策について、顧客が安心して製品を選択できるよう、正確で分かりやすい説明を提供する 本格導入に向けたパイロットやPoCをリードし、必要な技術支援を通じて顧客の成功を支援する 成長を続けるSlack Specialist SEチームの一員として、組織の発展に積極的に貢献する マーケティングイベントやウェビナーなどで多くの聴衆に対してSlackのプレゼンテーションやデモンストレーションを行う。

資格条件（あれば良い）

• Slack Certified Administrator
• Slack Certified Consultant
• Salesforce Certified Administrator

求められるスキル• 経験

• エンタープライズ企業におけるIT業務経験、またはエンタープライズ企業に対しての提案経験
• 新しい技術• 働き方への高い関心と迅速な適応能力
• 顧客視点に立った論理的で分かりやすいプレゼンテーション資料作成スキル
• 機能説明を超えて顧客価値を効果的に伝えるプレゼンテーション• デモンストレーションスキル
• 顧客ヒアリングを通じてIT• ビジネス課題を把握し、自社ソリューションを活用した課題解決を設計できる能力

あると良いスキル• 経験

• SaaS企業でのプリセールス職種（セールスエンジニアリング、ソリューションコンサルティングなど）として6年以上の実務経験があること
• ビジネスレベルの英語によるコミュニケーションスキル（書面• 口頭）を有すること
• エンタープライズ企業向けSaaSエコシステムへの深い理解と知見を持っていること
