The Senior Technical Program Manager role is part of our Marketing Technology team. Marketing Technology is made up of Product, Engineering, and Operations professionals who come together to transform the digital experience for prospects & customers. This role will be part of the digital success organization within Operations and will focus on defining and implementing the technical operations framework, including service catalog definitions, incident response processes, change and release management, and technology standards compliance and tracking.

As part of this role, you will get an opportunity to define and set up Technical Operations for the entire Marketing Technology organization and help implement DevOps practices within the Engineering org while working closely with the Productivity organization

Responsibilities:

  • Define and establish the technical operations framework for the Marketing Technology team, including service catalog definitions, incident response processes, change and release management procedures.
  • Lead the implementation of DevOps practices within the Engineering organization, fostering a culture of collaboration, automation, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Business Technology and Product for technology standards compliance Tracking
  • Partner with the Productivity organization to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the Marketing Technology team.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices and standards for technical operations, ensuring consistency and reliability in delivery
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to technical operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong understanding of service catalog management, incident response, change and release management processes
  • Experience implementing DevOps practices and driving cultural change within technology organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and collaborators at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Shown leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve common goals.
  • Strong project management skills, including experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Certification in relevant areas such as ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), DevOps, or related subject areas.
  • Previous experience in implementing technical operations frameworks in a large-scale enterprise environment, preferably within the marketing or digital technology space.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements related to data privacy and security (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and experience implementing measures to ensure compliance within technical operations processes.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization, with a demonstrated ability to influence and align collaborators toward common goals.
  • Active participation in industry forums, conferences, and professional networks related to marketing technology, technical operations, and digital transformation.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $172,200 to $236,900.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
