Role Description
- 建設• 不動産、旅行• 運輸• ホスピタリティ、小売業界のお客様へのソリューション提案活動と営業チームの技術的リード
- お客様のビジネス課題とニーズのディスカバリーを行い、解決策の提案と将来を見据えたシステム化計画の立案を支援する
- CRM• マーケティング• 分析• AI• データおよび連携基盤など、Salesforceの全ての製品を活用したソリューションデザイン、および導入に向けた提案書作成
- ビジョンと課題解決策の具体的なイメージとして、カスタマイズデモの作成と実施
- お客様のおよび社内の営業プロセスに関わるステークホルダーに対する、適切なリソースと活動を提供するためのオーケストレーションを推進
- 業界リーダーとして各種営業マテリアルの作成
- 提案活動で培ったノウハウを活かしてデジタルトレンドと業界分析を行い、業界向けのソリューションマップ、業界特化デモおよびジャーニーシナリオ、提案書テンプレートの作成
- セミナー＆イベントでの登壇、デモンストレーションの実施によるマーケティング活動支援
Responsibilities
ソリューションエンジニアとして下記の役割を担います。
- 技術的な知見と業界理解を組み合わせ、お客様に最適なソリューション提案を行う
- 営業チームの技術的リーダーとして、アカウントプラン作成を支援し営業戦略を立案する
- 大規模商談において複数の技術チームと連携し、チーミングと全体推進を行う
- 課題とニーズのディスカバリーのため、ワークショップを実施する
- 見込客にSalesforceソリューションのメリットや強みを伝える
- 技術的およびビジネス的観点からSalesforceの価値を顧客に伝える
- エグゼクティブ及び現場に向けたプレゼンテーションを提供する
- クライアントの視点の要件に基づいてカスタムデモンストレーションを行う
- 社外パートナーとコミュニケーションを行い、プロジェクトの計画立案、支援をする
- ターゲットアカウント販売戦略、提案、RFI / RFP対応の作成において営業を支援する
- 業界とテクノロジーのトレンドを常に把握する
- 市場の要件とニーズをマーケティング組織や製品開発部門に説明する
- 提案活動からベストプラクティスを導き、営業チームおよび社内コミュニティにアセットや情報を共有する
- 複数のお客様企業と案件を同時に管理する
Basic requirements
- ソフトウェア会社またはシステムインテグレーターでの5年以上のプリセールス、マーケティングソリューション提案、プロジェクトマネジメント、コンサルティングのいずれかの経験
- 技術的な知見と業界理解を合わせ、お客様への最適な提案作成
- 提案したソリューションを実現可能なものとする、アーキテクチャの検討スキル
- 口頭• 文章における優れたコミュニケーションスキル
- 論理的な分析と問題解決能力
- ゴール• 目標思考で考えられる方
- リーダーシップ、またチーム間の協力を促すための影響力
- 日本語（流暢）及び日常会話レベルの英語
Preferred Requirements
- Salesforce製品の知識（Service Cloud / Marketing Cloud / Commerce Cloud / Tableau / Slack / MuleSoft / Data Cloudなどに関する複数の製品知識）
- エンタープライズアカウントの担当経験
- エグゼクティブにセールスプレゼンテーションを提供した実績
- プリセールス、マーケティング、プロジェクトマネジメント、コンサルティングの役割での成功体験
- エンタープライズアーキテクトとしての経験• 資格
