The Salesforce Global Brand Marketing team is looking for a vibrant, self-starting Program Manager to join our Strategy, Ops and Program Management Team. This strategic, organized, and experienced individual will support our Brand Design team. The Brand Design Program Manager is the operational heartbeat of the brand design team-driving process, alignment, and execution across a wide variety of creative initiatives.
In this role, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment-juggling multiple complex programs while creating seamless connections between design, production, marketing, and cross-functional partners. Your goal: deliver high-impact brand experiences that are clearly defined, on time, and on budget. You'll bring not only sharp program management skills, but also a collaborative spirit and a spark of fun that strengthens team culture and keeps the work inspiring.
Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with brand design leadership to define project scopes, priorities, and timelines.
  • Build and facilitate project plans and meetings
  • Communicate timelines and approval frameworks for cross-team understanding
  • Identify, communicate, and recommend solutions to boost team efficiency and productivity
  • Manage a large, dynamic scope of projects with a variety of stakeholders across multiple teams, ensuring everyone is aligned and continually updated
  • Provide timely status updates
  • Identify and remove impediments that block the team's ability to meet project objectives
  • Manage vendors, budgets, and timelines to deliver on time and on scope
  • Facilitate ongoing team discussions and work to resolve challenges
  • Work, think, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced and fluid environment
  • Build scalable processes, tools, and approval frameworks to improve efficiency
  • Facilitate effective meetings, ensuring alignment, clarity, and actionable next steps.
  • Foster collaboration across teams and stakeholders at all levels
  • Have a healthy sense of humor and a strong penchant for fun

Specific Knowledge/Skills:

  • The ability to effectively use Slack, Google spreadsheets and Google Decks.
  • Prior ad agency experience a plus
  • A strong command of the web and marketing packages.
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills (verbal/presentation/written).
  • Proven experience working with teams across multiple departments (cross-functional groups a plus).
  • Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously with multiple stakeholders
  • Use of independent judgment and initiative to make recommendations and/or solve problems

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in program or project management, with proven success managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Background in creative, brand, or marketing programs strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $101,900 to $140,200.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $101,900 to $152,900.

For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $101,900 to $140,200.
