Salesforce is one of the world's best places to work, with over 50,000 employees and growing. We are looking for a Talent Mobility Manager to join our dynamic Global Talent Mobility team under Employee Success.

The ideal candidate will have a growth mindset and global perspective with at least 7 years of corporate in-house mobility experience. This role will serve as a trusted business advisor, enabling mobility in support of Salesforce's business on a global scale. You will need to manage ambiguity, assess patterns in complex problems, not be afraid to lean into changes, and take calculated risks to drive results.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Educate business partners, recruiters and managers on Salesforce's Talent Mobility program and policies.
  • Identify trends, analyze metrics and provide overviews to influence and guide business stakeholders on the value of talent mobility.
  • Analyze and measure success and proactively identify program gaps and training opportunities.
  • Serve as the point of escalation for issues raised by business partners and/or managers regarding policies and best practices.
  • Equip HR and business leaders with the necessary tools, resources, and training to understand Salesforce's global mobility approach and policies effectively.
  • Provide support for day-to-day mobility challenges arising from mergers and acquisitions, location strategies, and geographic expansion initiatives.

Required skills and experience:

  • Must have corporate in-house mobility experience and have the ability to connect the dots beyond immigration requirements.
  • Strong communicator and ability to articulate immigration rules and changes succinctly to influence and enable business decisions.
  • Effective business writing.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Great active listening skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and rapport-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to innovate.
  • Strong team player, adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work across cultures and regions.

Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance and the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring, Salesforce will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $150,300 to $206,700.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $164,000 to $225,500.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
