We are looking for an outstanding Senior Manager to join our Solution Engineering team, focused on our SMB customer segment in the UK and Ireland. SMB is the engine room of Salesforce! Our Small and Medium Business (SMB) team is at the heart of the company's growth, operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you'll see the impact of your work almost immediately.

You'll be a trusted advisor to a diverse range of customers across every industry in the UK and Ireland. The sales cycles are quicker, the challenges are varied, and the wins come thick and fast. You will directly witness how your solutions help small and medium-sized businesses transform and thrive.

Your Impact as a Senior Solution Engineering Manager
As a Senior Solution Engineering Manager at Salesforce, you're the visionary leader who empowers a team of exceptional Solution Engineers to achieve their fullest potential. You're not just a manager; you're a mentor, guiding your team to not only meet but exceed business objectives by fostering a deep understanding of our strategic vision. You'll bring exceptional leadership, communication, strategic, analytical, and consulting skills to the table.

What You'll Do
In this role, you'll be instrumental in shaping the success of our sales organization and the professional growth of your team. You'll be the driving force behind:

Elevating Sales Partnerships: You'll be a key partner to our sales stakeholders, collaborating closely to understand their needs and develop innovative solution strategies that directly contribute to revenue growth and customer satisfaction. This includes supporting enterprise deals and helping us sign new logos across the SMB segment in the UK and Ireland.

Nurturing Solution Talent: You'll champion the development of your Solution Engineers, providing them with the guidance, resources, and opportunities they need to hone their technical expertise, refine their presentation skills, and become trusted advisors to our customers. You'll manage and grow the Solution Engineering team, ensuring we continue to hire and retain top talent in the market.

Driving Creative Customer Engagement: You'll think outside the box to support our customers throughout their entire lifecycle. This includes everything from leading engaging market events and workshops that showcase the power of Salesforce, to crafting bespoke solutions that address complex business challenges. You'll build and nurture C-level relationships across key accounts to solidify our partnership and commitment to the customer, and drive deep Customer Engagement by influencing their broader IT strategy.

Shaping Go-to-Market Strategy: You'll play a crucial role in defining and executing the regional UK & Ireland SMB go-to-market strategy, ensuring your team is aligned with our business priorities and equipped to deliver compelling value propositions. You'll work closely with the Sales organization to develop and execute growth plans to drive our strategic vision.

Embodying Flexible Leadership: You'll demonstrate adaptable behaviors, thriving in a dynamic environment and readily adjusting your approach to meet evolving business needs and market demands. You'll focus on innovation, ensuring the team is constantly innovating in their approach to solution selling, and act as a transformational thinker and leader, taking the business to the next level through disruptive thinking and innovation.
