Your Impact

In this role, you will:
- Drive the execution and delivery of features by collaborating with cross-functional teams, architects, product owners, engineers, and data scientists.
- Make critical decisions that directly influence product success.
- Anticipate and proactively resolve issues before they escalate.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, serving as Scrum Master for engineering teams.
- Partner with Product Managers to align on objectives, priorities, trade-offs, and risks.
- Ensure teams have clear priorities, adequate resources, and the autonomy to self-organize.
- Act as a multiplier-passionate about team success and individual growth.
- Provide technical guidance, career development, and mentoring to team members.
- Maintain high morale, inspiring teams to go above and beyond.
- Champion technical excellence and help teams make sound engineering decisions.
- Participate in architecture discussions, roadmap planning, and multi-team reviews.
- Foster our culture by interviewing, hiring, and retaining top talent.
- Occasionally contribute hands-on with coding or feature verification to stay close to the technology.
- Design test strategies, develop automation frameworks, and build unit/functional tests for AI/ML systems.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years successfully leading sizeable, high-performing teams.
- Proven experience delivering technically complex, fast-paced projects.
- Exposure to the ML lifecycle, including model training, deployment, and inference.
- Familiarity with safe AI/ML rollout methodologies.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Go).
- Ability to design and guide development of complex, high-performance systems supporting AI workloads.
- Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working in dynamic environments with minimal specifications.
- Experience with short release cycles and full software development lifecycle, including production releases.
- Track record in hiring, mentoring, and growing engineering teams.
- Hands-on experience with software engineering best practices: coding standards, code reviews, SCM, CI/CD, testing, and operations.
- Agile development experience; Scrum Master background required.
- Strong collaboration skills, able to communicate effectively with users, technical teams, and product management.
Preferred Requirements
- Exposure to Generative AI technologies, particularly Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and agentic workflows.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce products, platform capabilities, and best practices.
