We are looking for a Senior Events & Operations Manager to join our Customer Success organization. As an events "genius" with a passion for creating one-of-a-kind experiences, you will use your proven expertise and high creativity to design, plan, and execute a variety of internal and external events. The ideal candidate will be an expert at building community, deepening audience engagement, and leaving a lasting impression that keeps attendees coming back for more.

This is a strategic role reporting to the Vice President of Customer Success Customer Operations. You will be responsible for creating memorable events that align with our business objectives and build strong relationships with our customers. The right candidate has a blend of creative vision, strong analytical skills, and business acumen to successfully manage every event from start to finish, and to measure its impact. What You'll Do

  • Lead the entire event lifecycle from strategy and planning to execution and post-event follow-up.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure all events are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee all aspects of event production, including creative design, technical and digital teams, and operations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products, services, and messaging to effectively integrate them into event experiences.
  • Negotiate and manage vendor contracts to secure the best services and pricing.
  • Plan and execute a diverse range of events, from small, high-touch customer gatherings to large-scale trade shows and conferences.
  • Create detailed event plans and manage every element with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Innovate and adapt quickly to new challenges and opportunities to deliver memorable experiences.
