The Senior Contracts Analyst's main responsibility will be to support Salesforce sales, alliance, professional services and other relevant organizations in Japan and South Korea in structuring commercial transactions, and drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.

More specifically, the Senior Contracts Analyst will:

Draft, review and negotiate, with low supervision, master subscription agreements, order forms, professional services agreements, statement of work, non disclosure agreements and other types of agreements with customers and partners in support of sales, professional services, alliance and other relevant organizations in Japan and South Korea
Provide legal and commercial support in relation to questions from existing and potential customers and partners about existing and standard contracts
Handle and resolve customer and partner complains and potential disputes in partnership with internal stakeholders
Team up with other members within Legal & Corporate Affairs organization to support processes for contracting and order processing and obtain any required approvals from internal stakeholders
Partner with revenue recognition, sales operations, pricing, and other stakeholder teams to ensure agreements are consistent with internal corporate policies and processes
Closely partner with the other departments, including privacy, security and compliance to ensure agreements are consistent with internal corporate policies and processes
Execute legal administrative tasks to support our customers and partners in Japan and South Korea
Assist the company in maintaining and securing compliance with Japan/South Korea laws and regulations
Provide internal clients with effective education and training on relevant legal issues and internal processes
Assist with localizing and improving standard form agreements and legal processes that are customized for Japan and South Korea
Actively contribute to the Commercial Legal team's ongoing development of knowledge, skills and processes
Participate in cross-regional team projects
Look after yourself, your colleagues and the company's interest.

Required Experiences and Skills:

1 or more years of combined experience in law firm and/or in house legal department including experience negotiating and drafting agreements
Practical business judgment and a keen understanding that the business teams rely on your expertise and efficiency to close the deal
Highly responsive, proactive, autonomous, client service-oriented and can-do attitude
Flexible, adaptable, resilient, eager to continually learn and develop professionally
Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast and demanding work environment
Preference for and an ability to multi-task on a daily basis and even more so when presented with changing priorities and deadlines
Articulate, persuasive, and concise written and verbal communication skills both in English and Japanese languages
Ability to quickly establish and consistently maintain collaborative working relationships with internal clients and legal team colleagues
Strong desire to take initiative and work independently, when needed, to solve problems effectively and efficiently
Intellectual curiosity and interest in the technology industry and familiarity with technical concepts in web applications/cloud computing

Desired Experiences and Skills:
Substantial experience in supporting sales organization as an internal client
Experience working for a global technology company
Familiarity with Japanese/Korean laws and regulations applicable to web applications/cloud computing/AI business
* Written and verbal communication skills in South Korean language
