The Global Incentive Compensation (GIC) Policy team is looking for a passionate expert to establish best-in-class business transformation initiatives for our global incentive compensation program. Work with leaders across Salesforce to help enrich our sales-centric culture by empowering our sales teams to drive profitable customer outcomes. The GIC Senior Analyst role interacts with a range of stakeholders and will manage several projects simultaneously. Ultimately, we are looking for someone with a proven track record of managing multiple large/global/complex initiatives across business partners while maintaining an effective strategic approach and project plan execution.
Primary responsibilities for this role will include ensuring that incentive compensation policies are developed, processed, and maintained for sales employees, collaborating with business partners to ensure accurate employee compensation information, and assisting in process improvements to meet the needs of our growing sales organization. In this role, you will be exposed to a wide variety of issues and have the opportunity to interact with employees from across the company. The ideal candidate will be able to collaborate with various teams and tasks, multi-task, and work at a rapid pace.
Your Impact:
• Gain deep understanding and grow to become trusted advisor on incentive compensation policies
• Support the development of incentive compensation polices and plan documents for a variety of sales roles globally
• Create sales training and sales enablement content (e.g., FAQs, presentations, videos)
• Triage questions and issues regarding policy identified by sales employees in relation to their incentive compensation plans
• Partner with other teams on cross-functional projects in order to develop process efficiencies
• Work closely with GIC Plan Operations team to support timely distribution of incentive compensation plans
• Contribute to language translation process for incentive compensation plan documents with outside vendors
