Primary Responsibilities

Presentation Design: Serve as design partner for Equality and Employee Engagement teams

  • Lead design and style guide for team presentations, leadership engagements, events, social media assets, and employee comms.
  • Design visually engaging presentations by collaborating with stakeholders across Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand presentation objectives and target audience.
  • Conceptualize and create visually appealing slide layouts, graphics, and animations utilizing Salesforce's Brand Guidelines.
  • Implement design principles, typography, and color theory to enhance the overall aesthetic appeal and readability of presentations.

Customize presentations for various purposes:

  • Tailor visuals and content layout to suit specific audiences and presentation contexts.
  • Ensure consistency and coherence across all slides while maintaining Salesforce brand integrity.

Interpret and visualize data effectively:

  • Translate complex data sets and statistics into clear and digestible visual representations.
  • Select appropriate chart types, graphs, and infographics to communicate key insights.
  • Ensure accuracy and clarity in data visualization while adhering to best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams:

  • Partner across, Equality, Engagement, Employee Experience, Marketing, Real Estate, and Comms to deliver inspiring, representative, and resonate creative
  • Incorporate stakeholder input and revisions to refine presentation designs iteratively.

Experience + Skills

  • 5+ years in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in presentation design or graphic design roles.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually impactful presentations.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $111,200 to $152,900.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
