This is your time to shine! Salesforce.com is looking for a Strategy & Operations Associates to support its Sales Strategy & Program team in ASEAN, where you will work closely with Senior Sales Strategy Analysts and Directors to support all steps of our business planning, analyze business performance, generate actionable insights to grow & improve the business and assist on a number of transformational initiatives.

This 6 month program will see you rotate between two fundamental teams in the COO Org, namely the Sales Strategy Team and the Sales Programs Team. This exciting program is sure to give you unparalleled exposure to the SaaS industry and the strategy & business operations function in one of the world's leading Technology Firms.

This role focuses on the below responsibilities and ultimately prepares you for your future role in the Sales Strategy & Operations team, which will vary based on your interests and contributions.

Your Responsibilities & Impact:

  • Analyze business performance using Salesforce tools and drive operational, financial and general business management initiatives pertaining to the health of the business.
  • Drive quarterly business reviews, strategic projects, and transformational initiatives through pulling & analyzing data and generating actionable recommendations.
  • Identify and report key indicators of sales performance and market opportunity; use findings to set the strategic direction for the sales teams and present recommendations to the executive management team.
  • Support the development of Go-To-Market strategy, including evaluation of new geographies and market segments.
  • Leverage Salesforce systems and data architecture to run a wide range of heuristic analysis to improve business performance.
  • Support Strategic Projects that are initiated to steer the ASEAN business toward our medium term expansion goals.
  • Work with cross functional teams and sales leaders to define, launch, track and improve innovative pipe generation programs - to have a material impact on the future success of the ASEAN Business.

Requirements:

  • Currently an undergraduate student in their pen-ultimate or final year studying analytical disciplines such as engineering, computer science, business administration, commerce, economics, finance, etc.
  • 0-2 years of experience (previous internships will be appreciated), ideally in management consulting or in business operations for an online / SaaS company.
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Entrepreneurial drive and a "get things done" attitude to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (or equivalent Google Suite products). Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau is a plus.
  • Exposure to project or product management methodologies (Agile / Scrum etc) a bonus. Strong desire and growth mindset to learn and develop
