We're looking for an experienced Sales Programs Senior Manager to join the Sales Programs and Business Operations team in EMEA North. The role will report into the Head of Sales Programs EMEA North and will cover Sales Programs for all North Countries, with a specific country lens that will adjust in line with the business priorities.
Sales Programs managers are the business partners of sales leaders in driving pipeline generation & pipeline management end to end. We're 'Chief Pipeline Officers', that next to sharing timely relevant & insightful pipeline updates, drive action in a programmatic manner & follow-up progress; ensuring accountability towards the agreed outcomes. The Sales Programs role is an instrumental role within the Sales organisation and features a mix of Demand Generation planning/corss functional co-ordination & collaboration and execution based on Pipeline trending analysis and participation. The sales leadership is our key stakeholder, and as such, we're looking for a candidate with experience building strong partnerships and adding value to the sales leaders.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Sales Programs/Business development individual or an experienced sales professional with a strong business acumen, project management & analytical skills, to get into the most innovative company in the high tech industry.
The Role
The ideal candidate will:
- Effectively collaborate cross-functionally, working with Sales leaders, Business strategy, Marketing, Enablement, as key stakeholders.
- Own and be accountable for pipeline cadence and pipeline targets.
- Create and own a consolidated pipeline plan to meet sales pipeline generation targets, taking into account sales priorities.
- Ensure full engagement & accountability of sales teams in sales programs via ongoing communication and review of results, with target oriented actions & programmatic follow-up, with full involvement in the Sales management team.
- Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on pipeline trends and progression with a view to developing business through local Demand Generation boards.
- Identify and promote best use of demand generation tools within sales teams, and sharing demand generation best practice across countries and segments
Desired experience
- 5+ years experience in a similar programs role or business development, sales readiness, marketing or sales, in a high tech environment. Combination of these is an advantage.
- Proven track record in driving demand generation / campaigns / programs through and with senior field sales organisation
- Strong leadership, networking, relationship-building, communication and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills and quantitative approach to solving problems.
- Strong organizational ability, experienced in planning and influencing stakeholders.
- Project management & change management.
- English proficiency. Other North European languages are a plus.
