We empower our Sales, Solutions & Leaders with skills, process, product knowledge, and industry insights through hands-on training and world-class content. About the Role:
We're looking for a highly organized, action-oriented Enablement Practitioner (EP) who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong passion for training execution. As part of our dynamic Enablement team, you will be responsible for supporting and executing training programs that empower our ESMB (Emerging Small & Medium Business), ECS (Enterprise Corporate Sales), and Sales Development teams to succeed.

In this role, you'll partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact enablement programs focused on Salesforce products, processes, sales skills, and industry knowledge. You will play a critical part in translating business needs into effective learning experiences, ensuring our revenue teams are equipped with the tools, content, and confidence to drive growth and customer success.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Enablement Business Partners to understand needs of the business and serve as an expert on catalog of content
  • Orchestrate and facilitate workshops that leverage global frameworks and subject matter expert communities
  • Identify subject matter experts and manage adaptation of existing global content to address regional complexities (e.g. language, tool intricacies, etc.)
  • Be a power-user in all internally-used products and tools and Lead operations of in-region programs:
  • Manage registration, learner tracking, learner invites, Slack channels
  • Source data and provide analysis on trends and insights that support quarterly enablement planning process
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders inside and outside of South Asia Enablement to ensure strong cross-functional collaboration
  • Partner with the Global Enablement Content team and cross functional experts (Industry Business Partners, Sales Program Managers and Product Marketers) to locate content, or enhance existing materials or create content to address the regional training needs.
  • Facilitate and run workshop based sessions, also build interaction by simulations, role plays, games and other engagement programs to execute engaging and impactful training programs
  • Schedule sessions and maintain participant records (e.g., registration, test scores, evaluations, and attendance)
  • Achieve high quality standards and customer satisfaction scores on delivered programs and measure training impact against associated enablement KPIs (ie participation, close rate, ACV impact)

Target Skills/Experience

  • Strong interest in facilitating and leading in-person enablement sessions and/or 5-7 years experience.
  • Ability to use multiple communication channels in an impactful manner to convey key messages to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Become catalog expert with ability to identify and propose solutions to regional teams and achieve desired outcomes
  • Ability to quickly build trusted relationships and work effectively with cross-functional colleagues
  • Self-motivated, accountable, detail-oriented and resourceful
  • Utilize internal tools to track, report and analyze performance of programs
  • Change oriented. Works effectively in the face of ambiguity, shifting priorities, and rapid change.
  • Ability to oversee a variety of projects/programs and supporting tools simultaneously
  • A passion for learning, with energy and enthusiasm to motivate and engage others and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail, oral, written and presentation skills, confident communicator with a flair for storytelling and design thinking
  • Good knowledge of software sales cycles, pre-sales, sales process, and coaching is prefered
  • Knowledge of Salesforce product portfolio, sales process with keen understanding of product messaging and positioning in addition to overall industry knowledge
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Masters Degree a plus
