About the RAIR Team
The Recruiting Analytics Insights & Research team is hiring for a detail-oriented Analyst for our Recruiting Research and Competitive Intelligence team.
Who is the RAIR team? We act as strategic consultants for the Recruiting Organization with informed analysis, bringing business acumen that enables Salesforce to challenge myths and status quo mindsets. We're on the cutting edge of Salesforce's technology stack as we enter the agentic era of our products, leaning into the evolution of insight delivery beyond traditional BI and analytics consulting at scale. The RAIR team invites our stakeholders to connect with us in moments that matter, by understanding the business projects they need to solve. We offer strategic, data-informed solutions, complete with recommended actions and own the data supply chain strategy for the organization.
This role will help evolve and support some of our most critical and highly visible self-service dashboards as the team builds out agentic and conversational analytics products as part of Salesforce's next generation of Workforce Planning and Recruiting Platforms.
Responsibilities
- Ability to apply data to solve complex problems
- Expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter to pull Competitive Intelligence reporting
- Previous Talent Intelligence or Talent Mapping experience
- Maintaining and owning key cornerstone Tableau dashboards and project managing them from beginning to delivery
- Collaborating with cross-functional partners like Finance, Workforce Planning, IT, and Data Engineering.
- Ability to shift direction quickly when priorities change to ensure the team delivers on all deadlines in a rapidly changing environment
- Scaling insights delivery that require manual processes through automation
Requirements for Success
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, people analytics, competitive intelligence or recruiting analytics
- Experience with Tableau or other data visualisation tools
- Ability to drive insights from initial question to delivery and execution
- Basic Python or SQL skills
- Curiosity to grow and upskill in relevant knowledge, tools and technical languages
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a recruiting or sourcing setting

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $96,000 to $132,000.
Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
