CSG (Customer Success Group)は、顧客を成功に導くことを最重要ミッションとしてるSalesforce内の組織です。CSGはSalesforceのポストセールス部門の位置付けで、主にカスタマーサクセス、プロフェッショナルサービス、製品サポート、リニューアルの4部門で構成されています。

本ポジションはCSGのプロフェッショナルサービス部門に所属します。プロフェッショナルサービス部門では、Salesforce製品を利用されるお客様の計画立案、設計、実装、運用支援などの各種コンサルティングを提供しています。

Role Description (Introduction):

CSGのプロフェッショナルサービス部門では、Salesforceを活用した様々なProjectを実施しています。
このロールの候補者はプロフェッショナルサービス部門に所属し、日本で提供するプロフェッショナルサービスのDeal Desk Operations Senior Analystとして、基本的な業務委託契約書(Statement of Work)のレビューと修正や見積もりとの整合性確認だけでなく、GlobalのSales Excellenceチームと協力し、営業段階で使用する各種デジタルツールのOperatoinやEnhancementをサポートし、日本の営業チームの生産性向上を支援します。

候補者は、以下のような役割が期待されます。

• Salesforceのプロフェッショナルサービスにおいて適用される契約書の一般的な理解。特に、典型的な商談における契約条件• 文言や、価格設定、社内外の基準の遵守状況の確認
• 営業支援ツール（DocuSign, 契約管理支援ツールおよび見積もり支援ツール等）のLocal OperationおよびEnhancementの支援
• 各種ポリシーや社内プロセス、社内関係部署との調整等の要否に関す営業担当者への適切なガイド
• グローバルのSales Excellenceとのコミュニケーションとアラインメント

上記に加えて、このロールの候補者は営業部門からの多様な要求に対する問題解決力、タイムマネジメント、関連部署• 人や商談• プロジェクトをまとめる能力が必要です。先行事例が無い中でもマネージャーや関係者を巻き込み状況に応じ適切な提案をしていくことが求められます。
候補者は主体的に、個人としての高い責任感はもちろんのこと、グローバルのプロフェッショナルサービス• オペレーションチームと効果的な協業を実現するために卓越したコミュニケーションが必要です。

このロールの成功は、CSGサービス部門の受注、売上、利益率および顧客満足度等によって測られます。

Your Impact (Responsibilities):

• 日本におけるサービス契約（コンサルティング契約）に対する基本的な理解
• サービス営業チームとの信頼関係の構築。およびITツールやポリシー、営業プロセス観点でのサービス営業チームへの適切なガイドの提供
• 商談～受注に関連するプロセスの改善、特にデジタルツールの運用を軸としたグローバルプロセスへのアラインメント
• 契約雛形や社内各ポリシー、および営業支援ツールに関する定期的なアップデートやトレーニングの提供
• 常にポシティブで前向きな姿勢

Minimum Qualifications (Required):

• 4年制大学卒業(学士)
• ビジネスレベルの英語およびグローバル• チームとの協業経験
• 3年以上のプロフェッショナルサービス(コンサルティング)、ソフトウェア、SIプロジェクト等に関連する契約の支援、契約文言等の社内調整支援の経験
• 契約や見積もりに関連するデジタルツールのLocalizationや運営支援の経験
• 高い倫理感、コンプライアンス意識
• 自ら課題を認識し、解決向けた主体的なアクションの実行

Preferred Qualifications (NOT Required):

• CRM/SFA, Digital Marketing, Data Integration, Analytics, AI等のクラウドソリューションに関連するご経験、知識
• 企業法務やContract Management経験や知識
