At Salesforce, the Industry Product Marketing team is responsible for crafting the industry strategy across the company's verticals. Salesforce is investing in industries and you'll be at the hub of the company-wide transformation. We are looking for an Industries Product Marketing Senior Analyst (also known as an Associate Product Marketer) to create messaging and content for our Nonprofit vertical!


We are currently hiring for:
Nonprofit: Support the global nonprofit industry go-to-market strategy that focuses on the highest opportunity market segments and use cases across all sizes of nonprofit and sub-sectors

Our Product Marketers develop product messaging and positioning, go-to-market programs, campaigns, events, and sales enablement. Our success is defined by our ability to deliver relevant content that leads to trials, sales pipeline, and ultimately, new customers. Our PMMs have a broad range of responsibilities which include: presenting business cases to leadership, networking with internal stakeholders and customers, collaborating with our Product leaders, and educating our Sales teams.In this role you will be working with a large cross-functional team to showcase Salesforce as the trusted partner for digital transformation within nonprofit. Our team is growing, and we are looking for someone that embraces new opportunities, is innovative, and thrives in fast-paced environments to deliver consistent excellence.Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine industry messaging to be used by the broader marketing and Sales organization
  • Partner with our product team to develop and launch industry-specific products in support of each industry's strategy
  • Develop effective sales training materials and operationalize enablement, making it easy for sales to understand our product offerings, key positioning, and marketing efforts
  • Work with a cross-functional team across Marketing, Sales, Sales Programs, Sales Enablement, and Alliances teams to implement industry strategy
  • Collect and prioritize customer stories from product leaders, sales teams and partners to develop case studies and reference stories
  • Produce high fidelity customer facing content including presentations, website content, research, and more

Required Skills

  • 3-4 years of experience in industry marketing, product marketing or corporate marketing
  • Ability to craft compelling industry messaging
  • Comfortable presenting to executive leaders and cross functional partners, and ability to develop compelling industry customer-facing presentations
  • Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.)
  • Google suite (Google slides, docs, sheets, etc.) is a must
  • Must be in office 4 days a week

Preferred Skills

  • A natural collaborator with a willingness to drive hands-on tactical execution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to establish excellent working relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Get-it-Done confidence to pick up and lead new projects even in the face of ambiguity
  • A winning attitude that inspires optimism, fun, and the desire to always be learning!
  • Experience with the Salesforce products and/or other SaaS and B2B technology platforms
  • Nonprofit experience is preferred but not required

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $109,200 to $150,200.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
