About the Role:
The Corporate Strategy Team is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the vision and execution of our Salesforce-based commercial systems. In this role, you will focus on creating consistent, connected, and trusted experiences for both internal teams and external customers while ensuring cost efficiency and adoption across multiple touchpoints. You will own products that enable accurate estimation, customer adoption, and seamless integration across Sales-led, Customer-led, Product-led, and Partner-led initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product roadmap for Salesforce commercial systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to deliver scalable solutions.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear product specifications and user experiences.
- Ensure solutions meet high standards of accuracy, adoption, and cost management.
- Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and iterate quickly to improve outcomes.
- Act as a thought leader for estimation and commercial systems, promoting best practices internally and externally.
What You'll Achieve
- Commercial System Foundation: Build scalable and reliable systems to support commercial operations.
- Consistent Connected Experience: Ensure all touchpoints-internal and external-are cohesive and integrated.
- Customer Trust & Cost Management: Enable transparent, accurate, and cost-effective solutions that strengthen customer confidence.
- Customer Adoption & Accuracy Validation: Drive adoption of estimation and operational tools while validating data and outcomes for reliability.
Desired Skills:
- 4+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in SaaS, CRM, or commercial systems.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce and its ecosystem.
- Proven ability to deliver complex products with cross-functional impact.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in estimation, metrics, and validation processes.
- Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Customer-centric with a passion for building trusted, usable, and scalable systems.
