We are seeking a Director of Product Management to drive the execution of Marketing Cloud's differentiated content strategy, primarily around dynamically-assembled agentic content experience. This role requires a strong ability to: execute cross-functionally; create a multi-year execution roadmap, evangelize and refine our content vision to executive leaderships, customers, and content partners. You will support a Senior Director and Senior Vice President in executing this vision by designing customer-centric solutions in this space while leveraging partnerships with other Salesforce clouds to execute. Responsibilities:
- Drive feature-area level execution, from discovery to PRD, execution, GMT, and iteration
- Drive coordination across development teams across Salesforce clouds
- Support evangelism of this endeavor to senior and executive leadership teams
- Recruit and maintain relationships with key partners.
- Support development and revision of the Marketing Cloud roadmap overall.
- Elevate the organization's understanding of content needs and competitive pressures.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience as a Product Manager or equivalent
- Deep experience with marketing technologies
- BS or MS in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields or equivalent experience in technical leadership roles. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Consistent track record of leading all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience addressing executive leadership
- Demonstrated excellence at working independently and effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
- Demonstrated success in distributed, global teams
- English fluency

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $211,500 to $306,600.
