Salesforce Inc. seeks Product Management Director in Seattle, WA:

Job Duties: Manage escalated customer post or pre-sales requests raised by other teams in Salesforce, typically an account team. Author content that addresses complex use cases and concepts specifically related to Tableau CRM. Coordinate delivery of all content produced by the ACE team. Engage with product team based on customer facing requests and provide use cases for the product team to address. Mentor junior staff in managing tasks, customer relations, and work-related challenges. ˆ Above address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in the Seattle area: 744 N. 34th St. Seattle, WA 98103, 701 N. 34th St., Seattle, WA 98103, and 929 108th Ave, Bellevue, WA 98004. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in the Seattle area. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices and various, unanticipated worksites throughout the United States may be required.

Minimum Requirements: Master's degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and four (4) years of experience in the field of software engineering/program analysis or four (4) years of experience in the job offered OR Bachelor's degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in the field of software engineering/program analysis or six (6) years of experience in the job offered.

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)).

Special Skill Requirements: (1) Enterprise Software (4 years); (2) Infrastructure Architecture, Data Management, or Database Architecture; (3) Technology/Software Sales (4 years); (4) Cloud Computing (4 years); (5) Large-scale Analytics Projects (4 years); (6) Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud; (7) CRM Analytics; (8) SAQL (2 years); (9) Delivering technical training for Salesforce products (2 years); (10) Software Development Tools, Software Life-cycle Management, Implementation Processes and Methodologies. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable.Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices and various, unanticipated worksites throughout the United States may be required.

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $185,800 to $296,400.
