Our best-in-class Global Event Safety & Security program leverages security and operations experts, advanced security technologies, and industry best practices to prevent security breaches and ensure the safety of all attendees. We consistently fulfill our duty of care to all attendees while fostering a culture of security awareness within the organization..

• Minimum 15 years of total security experience. For candidates with a law enforcement, military or other public sector background, a minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in the private sector / corporate security is also required
• Willingness to travel regionally and globally as required, up to 50% (including weekends)
• Physical security industry certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) and Physical Security Professional (PSP), or equivalent
• Strong collaboration, relationship management, and communication skills, including executive presence
• Ability to work/cover on-call responsibilities that reflect global timezones, as well as willingness to react to emergencies on a 24/7 basis
• Experienced in the use of security technology within physical security
• Strong understanding of international travel risk management and geopolitical risk
• Manage deliverables independently and with a high degree of efficiency
• Strong organisational and time management skills and demonstrated ability to manage simultaneous priorities
• Fluent in English; additional EMEA languages are a plus
• Strong conflict management and people skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence
• This position requires a customer service mindset, mission accomplishment attitude, and executive level briefing experience

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, International Relations, Criminal Justice, or a related field
• Experience working in a global corporate environment
• Ability to introduce innovative, customer-focused security solutions
• First Aid/Medical Training

• Lead the design and execution of security plans for large-scale, customer-facing and internal events across the globe
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with business stakeholders, vendors, and global security colleagues
• Direct incident response during events, ensuring swift, effective resolution to protect attendees, information, and brand reputation
• Drive adoption of security best practices, standards, and compliance with defined KPIs/SLAs
• Deliver timely documentation including risk assessments, incident reports, and after-action reviews
