Role Description:

Salesforce is looking for a highly effective team member to manage the strategy, implementation, and execution of Partner Success at Scale projects, programs, and events within the Alliances and Channels Partner Success organization. This role requires expertise in operational strategy, as well as a deep understanding of project, program and event management methodologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and overseeing scale programs related to Salesforce Product, as well as Go To Market (GTM), Enablement which will include digital journey implementation, as well as virtual and/or in-person event management execution.

The Partner Success Scale Program Manager will focus on leading and supporting the planning, execution and follow-through of global virtual and in-person programs, as well as support the implementation of digital journeys. This position requires exceptional communication and collaboration skills as you will work closely with multiple teams across Salesforce, and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Your Impact

  • Lead the planning, execution, and post-event evaluation of global virtual and in-person programs, as well as digital journeys related to Salesforce Product, Go-To-Market (GTM), and Enablement.
  • Oversee the coordination of both virtual and in person event logistics, including venue arrangements, virtual platform setup, content frameworks, speaker communications, budget management, and onsite event execution.
  • Provide leadership with comprehensive visibility into project scope, budget, timeline, benefits, and ROI for each digital journey and strategic program.
  • Engage in consultative discussions with internal and external stakeholders, assessing business goals, challenges, and data requirements, and proactively making recommendations.
  • Communicate findings, updates, and resolution strategies to program or leadership stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective internal and external stakeholder communications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop best practices, operational processes, and playbooks for partner events, continuously iterating and scaling programs.
  • Partner closely with Salesforce's systems and IT organizations to execute technical aspects of projects and develop tools to support processes.
  • Deliver consistent pre-planning presentations, post-event surveys, and summary reports to key stakeholders, utilizing feedback to continually enhance the partner experience.
  • Manage multiple, complex timetables in a collaborative, fast-paced, global environment, effectively serving both internal and external stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Exceptional project management skills - highly organized, strong attention to detail, and results-oriented
  • Experience with program analysis, measurement, reporting and business impact
  • Capable to advocate for one's point of view and to influence others to build consensus
  • Superb attention to detail
  • Superior verbal, written and presentation skills, confident communicator
  • Experience managing all facets of high-visibility events and programs
  • Flexible schedule, the ability to work with the Global Programs and Scale team in different time zones
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience building and presenting slide decks
  • Ability to see the big picture, to communicate findings effectively, and innovate and adapt to constant change
  • Strong technical skills with a desire to learn new technologies to run our virtual events and improve current processes
  • In-depth experience and proficiency with Google Slides, Google Docs, Quip and Salesforce preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on-time results
  • Get it done attitude with a strong sense of team spirit
  • Self-starter motivated to go above and beyond the task at hand and succeed in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Dedicated to innovation and partner success. Experience will be evaluated based on the Values & Behaviors for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience focused on strategy and operations as it relates to technical product enablement as well as GTM product enablement
  • Knowledge of Salesforce product and platform features, capabilities, and best use
  • Experience with an enterprise CRM or customer service application
  • Project Management and Agile methodologies
  • Experience using databases for analysis - Tableau/Einstein Analytics (possibly Snowflake) is preferred
  • Vendor and stakeholder management
