We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Paid Media Strategist to support our Strategic Events team in planning and executing paid media activations aligned to key global initiatives. This is a foundational role for someone early in their career with an interest in digital marketing, events, and strategic execution. You will collaborate across cross-functional teams to help bring high-impact event experiences to life, and ensure paid media tactics are aligned with our campaign goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of paid acquisition campaigns that amplify strategic events.
  • Coordinate campaign briefs, timelines, and deliverables across stakeholders and agency partners.
  • Monitor campaign performance, organize reporting data, and surface insights for optimization.
  • Maintain campaign calendars, track budgets, and facilitate cross-team updates and approvals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Strategic Events, Analytics, and Marketing Ops) to ensure flawless execution.
  • Participate in campaign retrospectives to inform future activations.

Functional Skills

  • Basic understanding of the Salesforce business, customer, messaging, and product fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with marketing campaign structures and funnel stages.
  • Awareness of paid media channels such as Paid Search, Paid Social, Content Syndication, and Display.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing KPIs and measurement frameworks (e.g. impressions, CTR, CPL).
  • Ability to use tools like Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, and familiarity with marketing platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) is a plus.

Role Scope & Complexity

  • Participates in executing elements of a marketing campaign with manager supervision.
  • Supports team members in ad operations and logistics.
  • Monitors program results and tracks progress against KPIs.
  • Works on assignments requiring some independent action, but escalates when needed.
  • Demonstrates basic problem-solving and decision-making skills with guidance.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing, events, media, or coordination role (internships count).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Passion for digital marketing, events, or brand activation work.
  • Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $101,900 to $140,200.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
