Salesforce The Netherlands is looking for an experienced National Account Manager to manage a top client in the Energy industry based in the Netherlands. The National Account Manager will work directly with the extended team to run the business. Key attributes sought are: experience energy industry, strategic thinking, willingness to get hands dirty to execute and to partner with the customer on all levels to grow the account.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, expand and nurture your network within the portfolio
  • Facilitate customer sessions on Salesforce solutions across the portfolio
  • Own- and manage relationship with client on C-and management level in NL
  • Create, own and execute Account Plans
  • Manage a virtual ecosystem of specialized account managers, solution engineers etc.
  • Pipeline management and forecasting with the NL MAE Team
  • Execution of license requests and liaising with internal teams on support requests
  • Connect and share best practices

  • Strategic thinker - Should be able to look at the bigger picture and details
  • Strong influencing skills - Should be able to influence stakeholders internal & external
  • Operational excellence - Eager Happy to support in tactical requests when needed and high in customer activity
  • Customer Connector - Intrinsic drive to meet the customer frequently and build relationships
  • Commercially savvy - Runs tenaciously after 10 K EUR and 10 M EUR with the same drive
  • Extensive relationship network within customers in portfolio
  • Extensive selling experience with customers
  • Energy expertise
  • Fluent in Dutch and English and have the right to work in The Netherlands
