Your Role: Powering Innovation in Sweden's Mid-Market B2B Space
As a Named Account Executive, you will:
- Manage a defined portfolio of mid-market accounts, focusing on Manufacturing and High Tech businesses, as well as other strategic B2B organizations.
- Own the entire sales cycle - from prospecting to close - with full accountability for delivering results.
- Develop and execute a tailored go-to-market strategy that addresses the digital transformation needs of your territory.
- Use a consultative, value-based selling approach to uncover customer challenges and co-create meaningful solutions.
- Build and deepen trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and stakeholders across IT and the business.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Business Development, Pre-Sales, Marketing) to build pipeline and ensure customer success.
- Represent Salesforce at industry events, customer engagements, and networking forums - especially within the Manufacturing and High Tech space.
What We're Looking For:
- A strong track record in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software
- Experience managing full sales cycles and consistently achieving or exceeding targets
- Understanding of digital trends and transformation challenges within Manufacturing and High Tech industries
- Skilled relationship builder who can influence at all levels, including C-suite
- Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills
- Passion for technology, innovation, and delivering customer impact
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Right to work in Sweden
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree is a plus
