The Manager of Supplier Risk Management is accountable for managing supplier risks that may arise from continuous monitoring activities. This role involves monitoring, mitigating, and managing third-party risks in line with internal policies and standards. Additionally, the Manager will be responsible for supporting various aspects of the supplier lifecycle. One of the key responsibilities of this role is to establish and maintain working relationships with business partners at various organizational levels.

Your Impact:

  • Continuous monitoring of supplier risk (actual and potential)
  • Communicate and document third-party risks, controls, and service gaps, and track associated action plans
  • Report and document supplier risk in support of supplier risk profiles, business impact analysis, and enterprise risk aggregation
  • Provide recommendations to mitigate supplier risk
  • Monitor supplier risk during the supplier lifecycle (Onboarding, Continuous Monitoring, Performance, and Offboarding)
  • Perform/support supplier risk assessments
  • Develop Executive level program reporting/dashboards
  • Develop and monitor program performance metrics via Tableau dashboards
  • Facilitate process improvement in areas of responsibility
  • Support risk oversight committee(s)
  • Support Supplier Business Review(s)
  • Support Supplier Risk and Criticality Segmentation process
  • Support Supplier Governance and Compliance activities as required

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience managing sophisticated projects in large organizations with multiple partners
  • Experience developing or managing supplier risk programs
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with an ability to communicate results to multiple levels of management
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence and align with business partners
  • Excellent customer-facing, communication, coordination, and teamwork skills
  • Skilled at building rapport, establishing partnerships, and strong verbal communication skills
  • Experience with working in strategic and tactical aspects of Risk, Sourcing, and/or Supply Chain processes
  • Agile, proactive, comfortable working with ambiguous specifications, and can prioritize quickly and optimally
  • Ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, often on multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

  • Process excellence experience, six-sigma certification preferred
  • Strong proven experience in standard methodologies, KPIs, and tooling/technology and service/data suppliers
  • Ability to work with minimal day-to-day supervision
  • Experience with Google business applications & collaboration tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
  • Knowledge of developing policies, standards, and plans
  • Ability to work with both business and technical areas
  • Proven desire to learn new skills and innovate
