The Manager of the Analyst Relations/Market Strategy team will support a range of analyst-related projects and programs while helping to manage the relationships with some of the top industry analysts. This is a great opportunity to work with the Salesforce Market Strategy team in a role with potential for growth. This position will accelerate and evolve the existing analyst relations program, helping the company to:

  • Cultivate strategic relationships with our growing community of analysts, market luminaries, and influencers
  • Provide Product Management with strategic consultation on products and services
  • Partner with the Sales Enablement organization, assisting in driving deals with analyst support
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Corporate Marketing to deliver content and programs to drive lead generation
  • Broaden visibility of the company, its strategy, and core products
  • The position requires a commitment to innovation in the technology industry, understanding of the enterprise software and cloud computing spaces, and established relationships with industry analysts.
  • Clear, concise, and consistent communication skills and attention to detail are a must. Additionally, open communication, transparency and trust with other members of the Market Strategy team is an essential requirement for the role.
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritize while maintaining a sense of humor is also required.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with key partners across the company to execute AR strategy
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with our growing community of global analysts, market luminaries, and influencers
  • Deliver end-to-end analyst engagement strategy for a regular cadence of inquiries, analyst days, events, briefings, analysts requests for information and other core program tactics
  • Serve as a trusted partner internally by providing first-level feedback and guidance to executives and actively synthesizing and sharing insights from analyst engagements, reports, and data with AR program stakeholders
  • Proactively lead the response to analyst evaluations and requests for information through coordination with internal team members and executives
  • Understanding of Agentforce: utilize AI tools and Salesforce and other AI technologies and broaden Agentforce visibility amongst the analyst community
  • Partner internally to build and deliver great content and assets, good judgment on quality of content and who would find it useful, and the ability to measure effectiveness of content
  • Demonstrate excellent judgment for company's best interest, strong situational analysis, and the ability to negotiate
  • Be a great team player - willing to jump in and help others, take on new responsibilities and projects
  • Experience working in the CRM technology market, additional experience in vertical industry technology markets a plus
  • Willingness and ability to travel 10-20% of the time across North America
  • Required Skills:
  • BA/BS degree from 4 year college/university
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Analyst Relations in the technology industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and project management skills and attention to detail
  • Self starter, with proven ability to work under tight deadlines with limited resources
  • Ability to multi-task and quickly prioritize projects and communicate priorities to stakeholders
  • High level of energy, enthusiastic team player, and dedication to excellence
  • No ego - we are a small, dynamic team and everyone pitches in to get the job done
  • A positive, flexible attitude and a sense of humor are essential

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $138,800 to $190,900.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
