Are you excited about shaping communications that improve the global seller and operator experience here at Salesforce? We are looking for a Manager to lead internal seller communications strategy for some of Salesforce's most critical enterprise programs-driving awareness, engagement, and adoption of sales and revenue transformation initiatives.
This role sits at the intersection of communications, technology, and change storytelling. As a key partner to Sales Strategy, Enablement, Change Management, and Product teams, you will design and execute multi-channel communication strategies that ensure sellers and operators receive the right information at the right time (75% of role). Additionally, you will work closely with our design team to support our Salesforce-on-Salesforce story engine, developing Customer Zero success stories across key sales programs and supporting their external amplification (25% of role).

The ideal candidate is a savvy communicator and storyteller with deep experience in Marketing Cloud (or similar email marketing platform), Slack, and AI-powered communication tactics. You will architect and deliver scalable, data-informed communication journeys that are targeted, timely, and measurable-ultimately improving how our teams work, sell, and deliver.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Communications & Execution
- Lead the development and execution of communications strategies for Lead-to-Cash transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and seller needs.
- Create and maintain messaging frameworks that enable clear and consistent communication across Sales, Revenue Operations, and cross-functional teams.
- Lead multi-channel communication efforts, including newsletters, Marketing Cloud and Slack messaging, Slack, enablement portals, and executive presentations, ensuring messages are timely and impactful.
- Collaborate with our design team to develop content and graphics that support change adoption, engagement, and enablement, working alongside leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Seller Experience & Engagement
- Lead execution of targeted campaigns that drive awareness and adoption of Lead-to-Cash process and technology changes.
- Support the Voice of the Seller program by gathering and incorporating seller/operator feedback into communication strategies
- Identify gaps and create messaging or awareness around business needs through automation and business process improvements
- Work with Sales and Revenue teams to identify and address common friction points through proactive communication efforts.
- Leverage AI and automation tools to scale communications and enhance seller engagement.
- Develop reusable content templates and toolkits that enable Sales teams to effectively communicate change at scale.
- Help build a strong brand identity for Lead-to-Cash transformation, ensuring communications are digestible, actionable, and engaging.
- Performance Measurement & Optimization
- Track communication effectiveness through engagement metrics, seller/operator feedback, and adoption rates.
- Continuously optimize content and strategy based on insights to align messaging with business goals and seller needs.
- Support structured feedback loops with Sales and Revenue teams to ensure communications are driving meaningful action.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in communications, marketing, sales enablement, or change management, preferably in a B2B/SaaS or agency environment.
- Strong writing, storytelling, and content development skills with the ability to distill complex topics into clear, engaging content.
- Experience working with Sales or Revenue teams and understanding seller/operator personas.
- Proficiency in communication and marketing platforms (e.g., Slack, Marketing Cloud, enablement portals).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Lead-to-Cash processes, Sales Strategy, or Sales Enablement.
- Experience developing multimedia content (e.g., video, infographics) to support engagement.
- Knowledge of Salesforce products (Slack, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).

For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $127,200 to $174,900.
