We are seeking a driven Field Marketer to lead and oversee the strategic development and execution of scale pipeline programs for the Global Field Marketing team for MuleSoft and Tableau. This person will play a critical role in driving pipeline generation and engagement by developing, and implementing scale marketing programs through a variety of channels including email, sales development, events, mailers and more. We are seeking a hardworking, imaginative, curious, collaborative, data-driven, problem-solving marketer to drive impact and contribute to business goals.

Responsibilities:
Strategic Program Development and Execution:

  • Develop and implement strategy for Field Marketing pipeline programs, aligning with wider business business objectives.
  • Partner with regional and cross-functional teams such as Sales, Product Marketing, and Field Marketing regional and industry teams to ensure program alignment and success.

Program Management:

  • Develop and execute a diverse portfolio of pipeline programs, including:
  • Sales development programs
  • Self-service programs for sales
  • Global breadth field events and workshops
  • Audience programs
  • Direct mail program
  • Ensure program efficiency and effectiveness
  • Continuously measure and optimize program performance based on key metrics like lead generation, engagement, and ROI.

Communication & Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with extended team of Field Marketers to develop and execute programs
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders at all levels
  • Partner with external vendors and agencies to ensure successful program execution

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of successful experience in creating proven and results-driven marketing campaigns; ideally with some of those years in demand generation, field marketing or a related field. Enterprise and/or Saas experience a plus.
  • Experience with growth strategy using all acquisition marketing channels including owned and operated channels, business development, social and events.
  • Depth of experience of building and driving marketing strategies, and aptness to modify and adapt those strategies with the changing needs of the ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing best practices and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills: taking data, information, and insights to advise approach.
  • Exceptional verbal and written skills, and strong presentation skills.
  • High-degree of comfort with working in a highly matrixed and fast-paced, global company.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics platforms and CRM systems (ideally Salesforce and Tableau).
  • Must be able to come into a listed hub office 3 x's a week

For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $110,600 to $152,200.

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $121,800 to $167,400.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $132,800 to $182,600.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
