Salesforce is seeking a Manager, Employee Success (ES) Research & Insights. In this role, you'll be at the heart of driving impactful research and delivering actionable insights across Employee Success (ES). You will use your analytics expertise to provide data-driven recommendations that inform and elevate our organizational strategies.

This role requires strong consulting skills, as you'll work closely with partner teams across ES to understand their needs, prioritize key areas for analysis, and deliver insights that shape strategic decisions. You'll also need experience pulling, organizing, and summarizing information across data sources - with accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Insight & Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities for process and system improvements, develop actionable solutions, and play an active role in planning and executing people strategy initiatives.
  • Data-Driven Storytelling: Synthesize employee data and business context to provide clear, actionable insights. Communicate research findings in a way that guides stakeholder decisions and aligns with broader organizational priorities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across Employee Success - and within our People Analytics org - to integrate insights into strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment and driving impactful outcomes across the organization.
  • Technical Expertise & Continuous Improvement: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and technical standards. Continuously refine analytical techniques to deliver high-quality insights and reports.
  • Creative Decision-Making: Proactively suggest innovative ideas to improve processes, products, and collaborations. Leverage data to inform decisions and support the continuous enhancement of ES strategies.
  • Stakeholder Management & Prioritization: Assess and prioritize new projects based on their scope, urgency, and potential impact. Effectively allocate resources, define problem scopes, and escalate complex issues when necessary to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's or PhD in a field related to people research (e.g., I/O Psychology, Sociology, Organizational Behavior, Management, Public Policy).
  • 5+ years experience leading people analytics projects (e.g. related to talent management, compensation and benefits, engagement / employee experience, workforce planning).
  • Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), survey platforms (e.g., Perceptyx), cleaning and organizing data (e.g. merging data sets, pivot tables) and statistical analysis (e.g., regression, structural equation modeling).
  • Strong written and verbal skills to simplify complex data, share cohesive and actionable insights, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
