Our Lead to Cash (L2C) Project Management Office sits within the Global Business Strategy organization and is responsible for the strategic planning and execution of our L2C portfolio of programs. We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to join our team to enhance our organizations tools and platforms experience.

The Senior Analyst will join a high-impact team accountable and responsible for sustaining and driving forward the value delivery of our strategic portfolio's various programs. Our stakeholders include Project Managers, Business Leaders and Executive leaders that are part of these programs. We operate our own technology stack that centralizes all Program Management data which powers the task management, reporting and decision making capabilities for our team. Additionally, our technologies act as work multipliers for our Project Managers by reducing administrative overhead and enhancing experience.

The primary responsibility for the Senior Analyst is to create and maintain the various dashboards, data and workflows that are used in the L2C Strategic Portfolio team's technical infrastructure. They will partner with all of our stakeholders to maximize the output and impact of our reporting and communications. The role requires a data expert that can use creative storytelling to get our message across to our business and project leaders.

This role is accountable for:

Dashboarding and Reporting of various Program/Portfolio issues Business Value discovery and reporting Resource and Capacity Planning PMO x Legal Council Strategic Portfolio communications and packaging (videos, enablement slides/canvases etc)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ad Hoc Reporting and Dashboarding: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to various stakeholders.
  • Data Management: Oversee data integrity and accuracy, ensuring that data is properly collected, stored, and utilized. Understand the team's data structure and identify which fields and metrics are important for tracking.
  • Team Resource Management: Manage and maintain team resources, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible to all team members.
  • Documentation and Communication: Develop and maintain documentation, create communications, and provide enablement for tools and processes.
  • Workflow Creation: Design and implement workflows to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Creative Problem Solving: Apply creative problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and improve processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Data Visualization Tools: Proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
  • Google Sheets/Excel: Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • SQL and SOQL: advanced skills for data querying and manipulation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Salesforce Admin: Experience with Salesforce administration, including managing users, data, and workflows.
  • Experience in process improvement and workflow automation.
  • High proficiency in analysis and productivity tools: Lucid Charts, Smartsheet or other PM software, Slack, Tableau
  • Building autonomous agent systems that enhance workflows and user experiences.
