Finance, under the Office of the CFO, is seeking an experienced Finance Business Architect to join our Finance Transformation team. This role enables finance initiatives within the enterprise and Finance-led portfolio, ensuring alignment between financial strategy, processes, and technology while strengthening cross-functional relationships between Finance and IT organizations. This role reports directly to the Senior Director, Finance Transformation.

Position Responsibilities:

  • In close partnership with Finance leadership, support the Finance Transformation function in translating finance strategy into actionable initiatives and programs.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on finance architecture frameworks, tools and best practices.
  • Visually and verbally communicate complex finance architecture concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels, supporting effective decision-making.
  • Work closely with Finance, Digital Enterprise Technology/IT, Employee Success, Legal & Corporate Affairs, Product, and Distribution to develop and prioritize cross-functional initiatives requiring multi-stakeholder consensus and execution.
  • Recommend ways to align existing initiatives with business and enterprise architectural strategies.
  • Evaluate and recommend new financial business and operating models to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Lead prioritized Finance initiatives with enterprise impact to deliver sophisticated business outcomes through the organized collaboration of various internal and external functions.
  • Drive internal approval and consensus-building.

Experience/Skills Required:

  • 10+ years of confirmed experience leading and advising on finance transformation, business architecture, finance systems, or related roles
  • Strong understanding of finance processes and systems
  • Experience in process mapping, requirements gathering, and visualization techniques to convey findings in these areas
  • Exceptional communication skills; ability to engage and influence people across teams and convey sophisticated ideas in a strategic and concise fashion
  • Ability to be resourceful in achieving success in the face of ambiguity while prioritizing and leading multiple responsibilities
  • Ability to drive strategic initiatives to completion with minimal oversight
  • Confirmed client leadership skills, including the ability to interact with and influence senior company executives (SVPs, VPs, etc.)

Experience/Skills Desired:

  • 4+ years of management consulting experience at a credible strategy consulting firm or in-house strategy team
  • On the ground experience with SAAS (preferred) or high tech
  • PMP or equivalent certification
