We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team.
Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, ensuring efficient operation and communication within the organization. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for consideration and presentation by executives.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive team.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
- Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records, and managing office equipment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency collaborative suit.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
