Are you a strategic sales professional passionate about the role technology can play in reshaping education outcomes? We're looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our Public Sector team, focused on Victoria's Higher Education and University sector.

In this high-impact role, you'll work with senior leaders across Victoria's major universities to deliver transformative Salesforce solutions that drive student success, operational excellence, and long-term institutional growth. As a trusted advisor, you'll lead the full sales cycle-crafting strategic account plans, engaging deeply with education leaders, and combining sector insight with commercial acumen to build meaningful partnerships that deliver innovation and impact. If you're excited by the opportunity to drive real change in education through technology, this role offers a unique chance to shape the future of learning across Victoria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and lead the full sales cycle for a portfolio of Victorian education providers, including universities, TAFEs, and schools-developing account strategy, building pipeline, managing complex deal cycles, and closing business.
  • Build and execute strategic account plans tailored to each institution's goals, priorities, and broader alignment with Victorian government and public sector initiatives.
  • Engage and influence executive stakeholders across IT, student services, finance, and operations-establishing Salesforce as a strategic partner.
  • Position Salesforce Education Cloud and the broader Salesforce platform as enablers of student engagement, operational agility, and institutional transformation.
  • Navigate Victorian public sector procurement processes, funding models, and compliance requirements to successfully progress opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Business Development, Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partner teams to develop and deliver compelling, outcome-based solutions.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts, CRM hygiene, and internal communication to ensure deal visibility and execution alignment.
  • Stay up to date with sector trends, regulatory changes, and technology innovations impacting education across Victoria.
  • Represent Salesforce at industry forums, education sector events, and public sector roundtables to build relationships and strengthen Salesforce's presence in the region.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong experience in enterprise or strategic software sales, ideally in public sector, education, or complex solution selling environments.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and achieving or exceeding high-value targets.
  • Ability to engage confidently with senior university executives and influence long-term digital strategies.
  • Familiarity with Victorian government and higher education procurement environments and sales motions.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a consultative, value-based selling approach.
  • Passion for education and a belief in the positive impact of digital transformation on the student experience and institutional effectiveness.
