This role will work in support of the Email Platform team to drive strategic Enablement / Training initiatives for the Corporate Marketing organization. As part of the Email Success team, in this role you will work across various stakeholder groups to develop end to end programs, tools, and resources to drive email platform education, adoption and optimization. You will be responsible for managing projects and programs that: 1) take complex product and technical initiatives and make them easy to understand 2) work directly with product teams and stakeholders to set expectations and deliver end user training programs, 3) address inquiries on platform use, email policies and conduct stakeholder feedback sessions on training programs.

This role sits on the Email Platform team, a part of the Marketing Technology, Corporate Marketing team, and reports to the Senior Director of Email Success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Email Platform team product enablement program from new training program creation by partnering with Corporate Marketing Enablement team to auditing existing training tracks to streamline, update or improve the content and learner experiences.
  • Drive communication plans for change management & enablement including setting out plan milestones, authoring or editing mass market comms and being the 'voice', subject matter expert & representative of the Email Platform team implementing the change
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders, including end user clients, email engineering and regional email teams.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular reporting on program outcomes.
  • Apply strong interpersonal skills to create partnerships and productive working relationships across the marketing organization.
  • Distill complex concepts into easy to understand concepts and programs for all levels of the organization.
  • Work with the Marketing Enablement team to measure and report on outcomes and develop best practices. Accountable for tracking and reporting on program status and successes.

Required Qualifications

  • An organized approach to all programs and projects; impeccable project management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to work and collaborate with worldwide teams.
  • 6+ years of experience in Marketing, Enablement or Business Operations
  • Ability to breakdown complex concepts into digestible easy to understand Enablement programs for a variety of audiences
  • Motivated, proactive self-starter able to work both independently and across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Strong communication skills
  • Approach work with curiosity, creativity, fun and an attitude of continual learning

Preferred Qualifications

  • Practical work experience in email marketing, email development or managing the email channel as a whole
  • Experience working with a variety of technologies including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, Marketo or other ESPs
  • Experience in detailed project management & planning
  • Experience with public speaking to both internal and external audiences

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $157,900 to $217,200.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
