Role Overview:
The Enablement Program Operations Specialist is responsible for the creation, coordination, and execution of enablement programs across the Next Gen Platform organization. This role ensures that training, onboarding, and communications are timely, engaging, and impactful - helping teams grow and succeed through structured learning and integrated strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
🎓 Training Program Coordination
- Training Administration: Manage the logistics for Onboarding programs across MuleSoft and as needed - Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Platform. This includes but is not limited to scheduling, registration, learner communications, feedback, and reporting.
- Training Administration: Manage the logistics for ongoing learning programs across MuleSoft, and as needed - Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Platform. This includes but is not limited to scheduling, registration, learner communications, feedback, and reporting.
- Training Administration: Track training participation, engagement, and completion rates in partnership with Enablement Operations, ensuring the Next Gen Platform Walking Deck (SSOT) accurately reflects enablement calendars, hours of enablement, etc.
🔗 Integrated Enablement Execution
- Program Administration: Manage the logistics required to deliver integrated enablement strategies within all Next Gen Platform teams each quarter. This includes scheduling sessions, tracking attendance, and managing communications with participants.
- Program Execution: Coordinate with Enablement Business Partners the logistics of integrated enablement delivery, including scheduling, attendee tracking, and completion tracking. Partner with Enablement Operations to ensure the Next Gen Platform Walking Deck (SSOT) accurately reflects enablement calendars, hours of enablement, etc.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback and provide recommendations for improving integrated enablement planning.
🧩 Project Coordination & Management
- Coordinating Initiatives: Support the execution of enablement initiatives related to large-scale initiatives like Boot Camps or global sales training programs by tracking project milestones and deliverables.
📊 Data & Reporting
- Tracking Metrics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales enablement, onboarding, and training programming.
- Data Integrity: Partner with Enablement Business Partners to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are accurately reflected in team assets including the Next Gen Platform Walking Deck (SSOT for enablement deliverables and impact).
- Correlational Data: Create a relationship with APM/OPM owners to ensure programs are tracked and can be correlated to key performance indicators (KPIs) and business outcomes.
🔁 Continuous Improvement
- Maintaining Knowledge of Trends: Research and test emerging tools or methods to improve enablement programs. Assist in production of team-specific recommendations for use of Salesforce-on-Salesforce mechanisms like agents.
- Feedback Gathering: Facilitate program retrospectives and feedback loops to uncover program gaps or opportunities. Assist in production of recommendations and corresponding action plan.
- Standardization: Contribute to the Enablement Team's internal "playbook" of best practices for program delivery.
🎓 Facilitation
- Occasional Facilitation: Support team effectiveness by providing light facilitation for ongoing enablement sessions.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in training, instructional design, sales enablement, or program coordination
- Strong writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with content management and training tools (LMS, CMS, etc.)
- Organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple programs at once
- Comfortable analyzing feedback and improving based on insights
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and familiarity with key sales KPIs and reporting structures
- Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, vlookups, formulas, etc.)
- Strong understanding of enablement processes such as onboarding, training delivery, content usage, and performance measurement
- Strong project management skills and comfort working cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams
- Proven ability to succeed in fast-paced, highly matrixed business environments

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $81,400 to $111,900.
For Washington D.C based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $81,400 to $111,900.
For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $81,400 to $111,900.
For Massachusetts based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $81,400 to $111,900.
