This leader will serve as the connective tissue between MuleSoft's product, product marketing, sales enablement, and broader Salesforce GTM teams. You will ensure our platform is clearly understood, well-articulated, and positioned consistently across internal and external audiences. You will work cross-functionally to translate technical innovation into compelling stories, scalable messaging, and enablement content.
You'll thrive in this role if you're a strategic thinker with a product management foundation, strong storytelling ability, and experience working closely with marketing and sales to drive successful product launches and GTM alignment.
Responsibilities
- Own core product messaging and narrative across integration, automation, and AI use cases to ensure a consistent and compelling message across Salesforce
- Develop customer-facing collateral, including presentations, solution briefs, whitepapers, and web content that articulate product value and differentiation
- Partner closely with Product Marketing to align messaging strategy and key product launches
- Create and curate field enablement content (e.g., pitch decks, battlecards, demo scripts) and collaborate with enablement teams to drive adoption across sales and solution engineering teams
- Represent the product organization at key GTM events, such as Dreamforce, World Tours, Analyst briefings, and strategic customer engagements
- Act as a bridge between product and field, ensuring product capabilities are translated into business value and field teams are ready to deliver the message
- Collaborate with Product Management to shape roadmap messaging and ensure features are brought to market effectively
- Help drive alignment and strategic messaging across Salesforce Clouds when positioning MuleSoft within cross-cloud and industry solutions
Requirements
- 8-15 years of experience in Product Management, with exposure to Product Marketing or GTM strategy strongly preferred
- Proven experience owning messaging and outbound product storytelling in enterprise software, ideally in integration, APIs, data platforms, or cloud-native technologies
- Experience working with or within Salesforce, and understanding its product, GTM, and field operating model is a plus
- Strong executive presence with excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex technical topics for non-technical audiences
- Comfortable working in a highly cross-functional environment with product, marketing, sales, and exec stakeholders
- Ability to operate strategically and execute tactically - a self-starter who can drive outcomes without heavy structure
- Familiarity with enterprise buyer personas, sales motions, and customer journeys
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at a company that sells both to technical and business audiences
- Background in enterprise integration, automation, API platforms, or similar technical domains
- Demonstrated success in creating content and messaging that influenced pipeline and GTM performance
- MBA or technical degree a plus, but not required
