This role is crucial to advancing Salesforce's EMEA Equality Strategy, particularly for teams in Germany, Switzerland, Norway, and Finland, by leading innovative Equality programs that seamlessly integrate AI and equality into our culture at every step. As a trusted Equality advisor to leadership and a strategic partner to cross-functional teams, you will embed equality into operational and business objectives, using data-driven insights to guide decision-making and foster collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement North and Central EMEA Equality Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive regional Equality strategy with clear KPIs and reporting mechanisms. Lead efforts in two regional Operating Units, such as Central and North Europe, to deliver innovative programs that center on Equality and Engagement in these countries.
  • Collaborate with Leadership: Partner with key business stakeholders and ES (HR) to further embed equality and engagement strategies into operational and business objectives.
  • Build Cross-Functional Relationships: Work with a geographically dispersed and cross-functional team, in particular the ES (HR) lead in-country and region, to promote and sustain initiatives across EMEA, with a strong focus on Germany, Switzerland, BENELUX, Norway, and Finland.
  • Support Business Growth: Identify and implement programs that support the growth and operational goals of Salesforce in EMEA.
  • Leverage Data and AI-Powered Insights: Use data analytics to assess the impact of initiatives, and using AI and Agentforce to make informed decisions to optimize programs.
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure programs align with EMEA compliance regulations, including those specific to Germany, Switzerland, Norway, BENELUX, and Finland, incorporating global best practices.
  • Change Management: Lead and manage change initiatives to embed equality principles within the organization.
  • Leadership Development: Develop and empower local equality champions within Germany, Switzerland, Norway, and Finland.

Skills + Experience

  • 9+ years of experience and deep subject knowledge in equality and engagement, with a strong understanding of EMEA's cultural, regional, and legal landscape, specifically including Germany, Switzerland, Norway, and Finland.
  • Subject matter expert and trusted advisor to the leadership team and leaders. Be a thought partner to help create buy-in and support from the business.
  • Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and drive initiatives in partnership with business leaders.
  • Expertise in data-driven decision-making, with proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data to assess program effectiveness and guide strategy.
  • Strong knowledge of equality and engagement laws in Germany, Switzerland, Norway, and Finland.
  • Track record of fostering inclusive leadership and building high-performing, diverse teams.
  • Experience managing Equality and Engagement programs across multiple locations within EMEA, specifically including Germany, Switzerland, BENELUX, Norway, and Finland, with the ability to standardize processes and eliminate duplicative efforts.
  • Strong emotional intelligence (EQ), executive presence, and cultural sensitivity, enabling effective engagement with employees at all levels and influencing senior executives to drive impactful equality programs.
