  • グローバル施策の意図や目的を理解し、日本市場向けに最適化されたプログラムを設計• 推進
  • 情報収集• 関連部門連携• 進行管理• 課題解決までを一貫して主導
  • 実施後の効果測定と改善サイクルの確立

◆ 顧客向けプログラムの企画• 実行

  • オンボーディング、Expert Coaching、Success Reviewなどのプログラム企画• 運用
  • 顧客の課題やフェーズに即した支援内容の設計
  • プログラムのKPI設計と効果分析

◆ 顧客エンゲージメントの促進

  • ジャーニーメール、ユーザーグループ、ウェビナー等の企画• 実施
  • Slackなどを活用した顧客コミュニティの運営• 活性化
  • ターゲット顧客への最適な情報提供
