Responsibilities:
- フィールドセールスチーム、フィールドSEチーム、他製品Specialist、プロダクトマネジメント部門（本社含む）、パートナー会社などと密接に協力し、適切なソリューションを提案する。
- 顧客（経営幹部、IT部門を含む）および顧客担当営業チームへ直接価値訴求し、お客様固有の課題を解決するソリューションの構築と効果的なカスタマイズデモンストレーションを実施する。
- 社員やパートナーへのイネーブルメント活動（セミナー、ベストプラクティス、ナレッジシェア等）の実施。
- イベント登壇やセミナー講師などのマーケットへ広く価値訴求する活動の実施。
- 製品の技術的な販売戦略の策定と実施。
- 製品販売における技術的な障害の解決。
Your Impact:

Basic Requirements:
- ソフトウェア製品の販売または導入の経験が 5 年以上あること
- プリセールスやポストセールスで何か１つの製品やソリューションを深くサポートした経験
- 顧客向けプレゼン• デモの経験
- 知らない分野や新しい技術に対して興味を持って取り組む姿勢
- プログラミングの業務経験。(JavaScript、HTML、CSS、APIを使用したWebサービス開発など)
- チームで仕事を進めるコミュニケーション力
- プリセールス、ポストセールスに関わらず、技術的な問題をオーナーシップを持って解決する能力
- マルチタスク能力、スピード感を持った業務遂行能力
- 英語によるテキストベースのコミュニケーション
Preferred Requirements:
- Salesforce（特にCommerce Cloud）または他社EC製品の技術経験
- eコマース業界での経験
- ITベンダーでのプリセールス経験
- 競合他社がいる商談での活動経験
- 自立した仕事遂行能力• 課題発見能力
- セクショナリズムに囚われずに部門を横断して活動するマインド
- 主体的に情報を発信できる姿勢を身につけている
- 機能要件と技術要件の両方を特定するためのヒアリング活動を主導した経験
- システムアーキテクチャーの策定経験
- システム構築のデリバリー経験
- モバイルアプリケーション開発経験
- 企業向けコラボレーションソフトウェアのプリセールス経験
- 英語による顧客向けプレゼンテーション、海外部門との対面でのコミュニケーション
