The Commerce Cloud Specialist Solution Engineer serves as a Subject Matter Expert and Product Enabler for the Commerce Cloud product within the organization and provides pre-sales support to Account Sales and Solution Engineers to drive customer adoption of the solution based on their product expertise.

The Business Solutions team is made up of innovative experts who are leading the digital industry. They support strategies that enable businesses to take their digitalization to new heights. As a Solutions Engineer, you will work with customers as well as our Sales and Professional Services teams to deliver solutions that enable businesses to transform. They are involved in the pre-sales phase of commerce, marketing, and service offerings, providing technical proposals, architectural configurations, and proofs of concept for solutions that customers require. This is a great position for someone who wants to tackle hard problems in the digital space and work in a fast-paced environment.
[Responsibility]
- As a product specialist, deeply understand the functional specifications, constraints, and structure of your assigned product and communicate them to customers and internal sales teams in an understandable way
- Listen to prospects about their current business and system configurations, challenges, constraints, etc.
- Based on the current situation, paint a picture of the desired future utilizing Salesforce products (from a customer, business, and technical perspective).
- Communicate the value of Salesforce solutions to the customer from a technical and business perspective.
- Create and execute custom demos based on customer requirements using Salesforce solutions, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and APIs.
- Deliver presentations to executive and field audiences.
- Assist sales team in writing proposals, RFI/RFP responses to targeted customers.
- Communicate with external implementation partners to ensure a smooth transition to the implementation phase
- Leads the company with marketing expertise and an ongoing understanding of industry and technology trends.
- Clearly and concisely articulate market requirements and needs to internal product development and marketing teams.
[Minimum Requirements]
- Fluency in Korean and business as usual English
- Knowledge and experience in e-commerce
- 5+ years of pre-sales, marketing, operations, development, or technical consulting experience at a software company or system integrator
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Logical analytical and problem-solving skills
- Goal- and objective-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a team
[Preferred Requirements]
- Knowledge of Salesforce products, especially Commerce Cloud
- Track record of delivering sales presentations to executives
- Success in a pre-sales/technical consulting role
- Experience leading workshops for large groups of people
