Role Overview
The Business Value Services plays a crucial role in our pre-sales process, focusing on the business implications and values of our solutions. This position is geared towards articulating the benefits and use cases of our services from a strategic, C-level perspective, ensuring that our offerings are aligned with the executive vision and business objectives of our clients.
Role Objectives
As a Business Value Services team, you will:
- Design and articulate customer business strategies and solution architectures, ensuring alignment with their long-term objectives.
- Engage with C-level executives to understand their business challenges and opportunities, translating these insights into actionable, value-driven solutions using our Salesforce products.
- Act as a digital business authority, maintaining a broad and deep understanding of multiple industries and digital business ecosystems to drive customer success alongside our sales and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and share use cases that highlight the return on investment and profitability improvement our solutions can bring to client businesses.
- Cultivate positive relationships with C-level executives, exploring their business needs and visions, and translating these into strategic solutions.
- Own the estimation and development of clients' return on investment plans, ensuring a clear path to value realization.
- Collaborate with Account Executives, Solution Engineers, and Business Consultants to uncover additional business opportunities that lead to sales and client happiness.
- Conduct workshops and presentations for business design and solution architecture, specifically tailored for C-level executives, demonstrating leadership in facilitation and delivery.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, crafting their business strategy and model for enhanced profitability and success.
- Handle customer expectations, particularly regarding business development and the strategic alignment of our solutions with their business goals.
Qualifications
- Proficient business level Japanese to present and connect with C-level executives and English for internal communication.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and client-facing roles, with a proven track record of success in business consulting and project management.
- Outstanding communication, client management, and presentation skills, combined with the ability to solve problems autonomously, think creatively and proactively, and adapt to changing business environments.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in SaaS business models and digital transformation projects.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and familiarity with IT and cloud technologies.
- Proven leadership in project management and pre-sales activities.
