関西地区の大手エンタープライズの製薬業界• 医療機器業界の内資系企業、外資系企業に対して、該当業界に対する幅広い知識、経験、先進的なソリューションを活かし、仮設提案から成果創出のための実行支援までを行っていただける方を募集いたします。お客様は経営者や役員などビジネスのリーダー、DX• ITリーダーが中心であり、コンサルティング要素の強い営業能力が求められるポジションです。

Your Impact:
• 担当するアカウントに対して、マーケティング部門、インサイドセールス部門、SE部門、コンサルティング部門、パートナー様と協調しながら新規顧客開拓、既存顧客の深耕を推進。顧客の課題解決のみならず、顧客が将来実現したい姿や、あるべき姿をTrusted Advisorとして提案していただきます。
• 同部署に置ける提案先のほとんどはC×Oクラスとなり、経営に直結する提案スキルを身につけることができます。

Basic Requirements:
• IT業界における法人営業5年以上、或いは製薬業界において準ずるご経験をお持ちの方
• 目標達成のため、戦略の立案、案件発掘手段や優先順位付け、営業プロセスを確立し、実践している方
• 自己成長意欲、変化を楽しめる柔軟性のある方
• 顧客第一のマインドと予算への強いこだわりを持ち、アクティブに活動できる方
• 従来のやり方に固執せず、新しいものを取り入れるという感覚がある方
• 英語力(ビジネス英語必須:読み書き、会話)

Preferred Requirements:
• 課題解決型の提案経験をお持ちの方
• CRMを中心としたエンタープライズアプリケーションの知識• 提案経験
