Responsibilities:
As a Hostess at Harriman's Piedmont Grill, you'll:
Greet Guests: Welcome patrons with warmth and grace, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage Reservations: Efficiently handle reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlists.
Coordinate with Servers: Work closely with our service team to ensure smooth guest flow.
Maintain Ambiance: Keep the dining area organized, clean, and visually appealing.
Assist Guests: Provide information about the restaurant, menu, and special promotions.
Handle Guest Concerns: Address any guest inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
Hospitality Enthusiast: A passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
Excellent Communication: Clear verbal communication and active listening skills.
Poise and Professionalism: Maintain composure during busy times.
Attention to Detail: Ensure accurate reservation management.
Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• One-year related food and beverage or customer service experience required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Availability to work Full Time AM or PM or schedule including weekends and holidays. Part Time Positions/ AM and PM shifts available.
