Responsibilities:
- Leadership: As the Director of Catering & Conference Services, you will lead a dynamic team responsible for orchestrating flawless events, conferences, and banquets.
- Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients to plan and execute memorable experiences, ensuring their vision comes to life.
- Sales and Strategy: Oversee catering sales, menu development, pricing strategies, and revenue optimization.
- Service Excellence: Maintain impeccable service standards, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Vendor Relationships: Foster strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
- Five years of experience in catering and conference services leadership role.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Solid working knowledge of Delphi or other space allocation system preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, luxury environment.
- Passion for delivering extraordinary guest experiences.
