Providing excellent customer service by preparing drinks for the guests and servers.
Essential Job Functions
Preparedrinks for guests and servers
Ensurethat the proper materials and supplies are on hand, and talk to guests.
Guaranteecompliance is maintained relating to minors and intoxicated persons andintervention of service.
Actas the cashier for the servers when necessary.
Maintainthe cleanliness of the bar area through disposing of all waste, clearing andcleaning all glassware, and wiping down bar and preparation areas.
Provideopening and closing inventory of spirits.
Assistsservers, other bartenders, and other team members when necessary.
Participatein the deep cleaning of the outlet.

Education/Experience
Mustbe 21 years of age or older.
HighSchool Diploma or equivalent preferred
Minimumof 1 year of related experience in food and beverage
Validcertification for Safe Alcohol Practices such as TIPS.
