Role Overview:

We are seeking an outstanding individual to join our team as a Key Account Manager, focused on strengthening and growing our digital partnerships.

This role manages significant relationships, leveraging digital tools to enhance sales strategies and driving growth through innovative data-driven marketing and commercial decision making. If you're a talented performer looking to own the strategy and performance between some of the most exciting brands in travel and consumer goods, then we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our key digital distribution partners and senior decision-makers within the travel industry.
  • Develop and execute cooperative marketing strategies to maximise ROI.
  • Analyse sales reports and data to identify trends and opportunities for revenue growth within our digital partner network.
  • Manage budgets to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Drive digital engagement strategies that enhance partner and customer experiences.
  • Regular travel to meet partners and participate in industry events, including seminars and expos.

Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, ecommerce or account management. Travel industry experience highly regarded or in an industry with dynamic B2B distribution networks.
  • Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, tourism or related fields preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate data into opportunities and actionable strategies.
  • Proficient in all aspects of the sales process, quickly understanding Royal Caribbean's products and demonstrating value to customers.
  • Naturally ambitious, curious, self-starter and aptitude to leverage creativity to solve complex commercial problems.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, capable of engaging and influencing internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
