The Royal Caribbean Group's Royal Caribbean International brand has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Infrastructure Investments Lead on the Destination Development Team reporting to the Senior Manager of Infrastructure Investments.

This position sits on-site in Miami, FL.

Position Summary:

The Lead of Infrastructure Investments is a key member of the Destination Development team that will define, shape, execute, and finance the company's agenda for port and destination development and management inclusive of $5B in port investments in the project pipeline. The Lead of Infrastructure Investments supports making strategic business decisions to achieve business objectives and obtain financial returns. Responsibilities include a heavy focus on financial modeling, assisting with building the business case for the pipeline of investments, and managing capital needs. The Lead assesses pipeline deals in accordance with business objectives and target financial returns. The role is responsible for formulating and leading the financial analysis for a robust investment pipeline.

• Leads the evaluation of global port and destination development projects, including vetting of projects for strategic fit and financial impact on RCL.
• Leads financial analysis and modeling to support investment decisions and provide valuation assessments.
• Collaborates with the development business owners to define capital structure and investment strategy for investments.
• Leads due diligence efforts with internal subject matter experts and outside advisors.
• Leads internal underwriting (direct engagement with Finance Leadership, CEO and / or Board of Directors investment memo, capital appropriation).
• Takes complex and detailed investment structures and communicates the key drivers and results in a concise manner and formulates meaningful recommendations.
• Prepares internal memoranda and other materials used to support investment recommendations and to communicate with internal constituents.
• Coordinates with internal groups (Technical Accounting Group, Corporate Strategy, Tax, Legal, Treasury) to ensure potential investments are aligned and properly structured in accordance with business objectives and strategies to minimize risks and maximize returns.
• Manages concurrently multiple projects without compromising on the quality of the work by planning around tight timelines and effectively interfacing with business partners and other professionals.

• A Bachelors Degree is required/Masters degree desirable.
• Minimum 5-7 years related work experience.
• Prior infrastructure investments, investment banking and/or consulting background preferred.
• Proven ability to develop financial models independently with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong financial acumen and knowledge of valuation methods and debt structures.
• Results-oriented team player comfortable with interacting with all levels of an organization.
• Strong analytical, research, and financial modeling skills.
