Responsible for visual design from conception to completion in various medias such as trade brochures, pull-up banners, online, print, direct mail, social media, newspaper, out-of-home media. Will internalize the essence of vital brand specifications for each project and provide high-quality work by the required deadline. Works closely with Sales and Marketing for project completion.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design a wide range of marketing materials brochures, flyers, posters, pull-up banners, event invitations, social media/digital communications, and merchandise designs.
- Drive collaboration within the marketing team, global marketing teams, sales team, and external vendor/creative agencies.
- Develops Go to Market Toolkit that complements major brand and product launches: ship launches, brand campaigns and brand/policy announcements.
- Produce a high volume of quality work while meeting deadlines
- Maintain coherent brand identities across all projects and platforms.
- Work closely with concept development to ensure creative experience is on brand.
- Perform image editing, resizing, color correction and retouching of photos and renderings.
- Create annual milestone PowerPoint animations/videos.
- Provide support in uploading marketing materials and management to the marketing portals and handle dhoc marketing activities.
- Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Graphic Designer
- At least a Diploma in consumer marketing-related courses
- Possess excellent visual and graphic design composition skills
- Must have a creative vision and the ability to make that vision come to life
- Ability to create and implement brand standards
- Proficiency in Windows and PC platforms, including proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach to working with cross-functional teams
- Positive attitude, attention to detail and willingness to take own initiative
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop), copywriting, photo and video editing skills will be a PLUS
- Must be willing to travel if required.
